RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We aim to provide you with quality Scrub Tops and hope you love your new purchase, however if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your items we do offer returns.

Full priced items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your delivery for a refund. The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused in the original packaging to be deemed eligible for a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at scrubtopsaustralia@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Postage costs for sending items for return are at the customer’s expense. We recommend you use a trackable service to ensure your goods arrive safely.

EXCHANGES 

Due to high sell through of stock, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to change your size or print, we recommend you repurchase and then return your original order for a refund in accordance with the above return conditions. 

Sale items are a final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.
